  • 雖然仍然在保固期限，若屬於下列任一情況者，產品則屬於不在保固範圍內。
  • -商品無購買憑證或機號與實物不符合者；
  • -因客戶未按使用手冊或說明書規定，使用不當而毀損者，包括重壓、摔壞、受潮、浸水、淋雨、異物侵入、遺失零組件等所造成之損壞;
  • -因正常使用時，所造成產品外殼或不需拆解而可接觸部分上之刮傷、磨損;
  • -使用非原廠配件或不適配的裝置導致產品的損壞;
  • -因天災或不可抗拒之外力而造成產品損壞者;
  • -未經由本公司授權之人員拆卸或維修，或自行拆裝、改裝產品、任意變更規格.
  • 拓想品牌服務有限公司為向客戶提供多元化的銷售、售後服務、產品推廣及相關之服務，就閣下提供的個人資料，包括姓名、地址、聯絡電話、傳真號碼及電郵地址，用作以下用途：
  • -內部資料；
  • -改進我們的產品和服務；
  • -在個人資料(私隱)條例容許之範圍內，進行直接促銷活動，包括產品或服務之推廣優惠；
  • -處理客戶投訴及查詢。

    • In Order To Protect Your Rights Please Read The Following Terms Carefully :
  • For products purchased through authorized dealers or distributors, you are required to provide a photo of the original valid sales invoice issued by the authorized dealer or distributor. In the case of non-artificial damage to the product, you can enjoy the basic warranty service in our company with reference to this after-sales policy.
  • Please according to the correct method to use products.
  • Customers must send the product to the service center designated by the company, and collect it at the same location after the product has been properly maintained.No On-site service for installation, checking, repairing or product exchange.
  • The Limited Warranty does not apply to any:
  • -The product has no proof of purchase or the machine number does not match the actual product；
  • -Damage caused by improper use of the product by the customer not following the instruction manual or instruction manual, including damage caused by heavy pressure, falling, dampness, immersion in water, rain, foreign body intrusion, loss of components, etc;
